Officer Narrative
Narrative
On 09/28/2025 at 1525 hours I was dispatched to 3650 East Valley Rd, in the City of Renton, King County,
Washington. I was responding to a report of a hit and run.
While en route, dispatch advised the following: sometime in last 4 hours, hit and run.
At approximately 1535 hours, I arrived and interviewed the reporting party, Mark D. Sweitzer(DOB
02/18/1981, WA DL). He showed me his vehicle, a gray 2022 Toyota Camry(WA/CBT1401), which was backed
into a parking stall.There was fresh damage to the driver front corner of the bumper,which had a dent the
approximate size of an apple with some recent paint transfer. Sweitzer said he had been parked there since
0830 hours this morning.
I went inside to look at video and found a camera angle that would have captured the collision. Unfortunately,
there were 7 hours of video to review. Casino staff offered to assign someone to review it tomorrow and email
me when they find the suspect vehicle.
If/when I hear from the casino with suspect info, I will complete a supplemental report.
