On 09/23/2025 at approximately 1843 hours, I responded to Hit and Run report via phone which occurred
in the parking lot of 451 SW 10TH ST in the City of Renton, County of King, and the State of Washington.
Dispatch advised suspect has left the scene and there was possible surveillance footage.
MOUYEYE, LAURENA ESPOIRE(DOB 04-26-1993)was the victim of a hit and run and the registered owner
of Unit 2,which was a black 2023 Ford Escape (LIC CRC9812).
Mouyeye explained she was at the location for an interview, arriving around 1500 hours on 09/23/2025.
When she finished her interview and exited the building around 1715 hours, she noticed damage to her
passenger side front bumper.
She estimated the total of the damage to be around$1,000. She photographed the damage which was

Mouyeye flagged down onsite security which provided her with partial still shot pictures of the security
video.This too,was provided to me via AXON link and when I reviewed it,the phtographs did not provide
any further suspect information and did not capture the incident. I stated to Mouyeye that the provided
footage does not provide me with further suspect information to which she agreed and stated they have
video, however, did not show it to her. It is still unknown why the footage was not shared in entirety.
I arrived on scene later to check for other cameras.The only cameras on site were southeast facing
cameras which captured the east side parking lot,which was where Mouyeye had parked her vehicle.
I attempted to collect video footage a few times but could not track down any security at that location.As
of right now there is no suspect information.
If footage will be reviewed at a later date,the suspect information will be added to the case.
My involvement in this case was captured on my department-issued Axon body camera.This report is a
summary of events that occurred and is not an exact sequencing of events. Statements have been
paraphrased and summarized.At the time of this call, I was in a full police uniform equipped with a
Renton Police badge and police patches.
This concludes my involvement with this case.
