The following briefly describes the application and the necessary Public Approvals. See also https://rb.gy/a1snv5  PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The applicant is seeking Administrative Short Plat approval to subdivide the existing parcel into three (3) separate residential lots for the benefit of detached dwellings. An existing single-family residence is proposed to be retained on the site. The project site is located at 13014 156th Ave SE (APN 3664500185) and encompasses 45,881 square feet (1.05 acres). The site has a Comprehensive Plan Land Use Designation of Residential Low Density, is within the Residential-4 (R-4) zoning designation, and the East Plateau community planning area. The proposed lot sizes range from 11,171 square feet to 18,530 square feet. Access to the proposed lots was shown on the site plan as a shared driveway within Tract A. According to City of Renton (COR) maps, there are no identified critical areas.
