WSDOT AND THE AMERICAN PUBLIC WORKS ASSOCIATION (APWA). IT SHALL BE THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE
APPLICANT TO CORRECT ANY ERROR, OMISSION OR VARIATION FROM THE ABOVE REQUIREMENTS FOUND IN THE
