NARRATIVE
I was the passenger in the truck. We were waiting for a train to finish crossing so we could continue to the plant. We were
heading South West on Monster Rd. SW right next to the dump. We were the 5th or 6th vehicle back. As we approached the
tracks, the driver turned on his hazard signal and rolled the windows down. We stopped before the tracks. Maybe a second
or two later, we felt a bump from behind. We pulled directly off the road into the dirt parking lot across the tracks. The vehicle
that hit us was an older silver prius. The front end sustained significant damage. The hood was pushed in and the bumper
was smashed. He drove passed us and kept going. All of the traffic behind him kept driving as well. The driver tried to get a
picture, but couldn't. We assesed the damage, which was the bumper curled in and the back up camera was aiming at the
ground. We drove the same direction as the prius to see if we could locate it for about a mile, with no luck.
