NARRATIVE
During September 2 and September 5, my Tesla Model 3 was involved in a hit-and-run incident while it was parked near my
home on weekdays after 5pm and parked in office parking lot (6811 S 204th St, Kent, WA 98032) on weekdays from 8am to
5pm, in parking lot of 99 Ranch Market (18230 E Valley Hwy#100, Kent, WA 98032) and Home Depot (901 S Grady Way,
Renton, WA 98057) on September 5 from 3pm to 5pm.
An unidentified vehicle struck my white Tesla Model 3 on the front bumper and then fled the scene without stopping to provide
contact or insurance information. At the time of the incident, I am not in the car and noticed the damage at Friday night, so I
am not able to identify the exact location and time of the collision incident.
The collision caused visible damage to my vehicle, causing the need to replace front bumper and potential damage to the
front lamp. I am reporting this incident for official documentation purposes.
