Grady Way Renton, WA 98056 From: Ming’s constructions, LLC, General contractor 4115 153RD AVE SE Bellevue, WA 98006 566 Bronson way NE House remodeling request Site address: 566 Bronson Way NE, Renton, WA 98056 Permit #B24005877 and B24005879 Project narrative: Currently we are remodeling the home with an ADU addition and removing 1 driveway. We would like to keep the sidewalk the same length as it is now. Bronson Way NE is classified as a Residential Access street. Existing right-of-way (ROW) width is 60 feet. To meet the City’s complete street standards for Residential Access streets, minimum ROW is 53ft. Therefore no ROW dedication will be required. Per city code 4-6-060, half street improvements shall be required and include a pavement width of 26 feet (13 feet from centerline), a 0.5-foot curb, an 8-foot planting strip, a 5-foot sidewalk, street trees and storm drainage improvements. We request to retain the existing frontage along Bronson Way NE and we understand that the curb, sidewalk, and driveway must meet current ADA and City Standards. Justification: All of our neighbors have the same length curb as in front of our house, the city has inspected the sidewalk and mentioned they are ok with it please see attached files.
