Narrative
On 10-04-2025 at 1553 hours I was flagged down at the police station about a hit and run that occurred the
night before at 222 Williams Ave S, in the City of Renton, County of King, State of Washington.
The reporting party/victim,Vanessa Chacon (DOB: 03-16-1998), parked her gray 2012 Ford Escape (WA LIC:
CHN2693) at the above location on 10-03-2025 around 2100 hours. She went to dinner downtown Renton and
when she returned to her vehicle the front bumper was laying on the ground.There was nobody around and
no note left on her vehicle. She reviewed her dashcam and at 2145 hours a red Dodge 1500 truck(WA LIC:
C22512V) backed into the front of her parked vehicle causing the bumper damage. See dashcam video for
further information as I sent the victim an Axon link to uploaded it to the case.
I provided Vanessa with my business card which contained the case number for her records.
