On 10-6-25 around 1238hrs I dispatched to a phone reported hit and run at 1824 Dayton Ave NE, Renton, King
Co,WA.
I called the victim, Meiliah E Dolan-Briscoe 11-9-03,who advised the following. On 10-4-25 around 0100hrs,
Meiliah woke up to see a white Kia SUV parked behind her vehicle, CAR6450/WA, parked on Dayton Ave NE.
There were subjects standing around the vehicle talking, but she could not hear what they were saying.
Meiliah went back to sleep and when she woke up again, she observed paint transfer and scratches on the
rear bumper of her vehicle. Meiliah would not be able to identify any of the subjects associated with the white
Kia SUV.
