At 1730 hrs on 10/10/2025, 1 was dispatched to take a report of a hit and run collision at 2101 SW Sunset Blvd.
This location is the Sunset View apartment complex, within the city limits of Renton, King County, Washington
State. I spoke with victim Brian Perez in the parking lot east of the "H" building; Perez showed me his white
2025 Tesla Model Y (WA CSF3860), which was backed into a parking space adjacent to the east end of the
building. The car had scrapes on the right end of the front bumper, with obvious red paint transfer. Perez
pointed out some tire tracks on the pavement leading from the south side of the building, which appeared
consistent with a car scraping the Tesla as it passed. Perez told me that a neighbor had a red car that was
sometimes parked on that side of the building, but it was present and undamaged.
I photographed the damage, and uploaded the photos into Evidence.com. I left my business card with Perez,
and asked that he contact me if any other cars associated with the"H" building had damage consistent with the
collision. No suspect information at this time.
