MTC observed that the sidewalk was reinforced per the following plan details: 3 / F210. MTC visually inspected the welded wire mesh at the locations noted and observed that the reinforcing steel complied with the approved project plans and specifications. MTC observed the reinforcing steel size, type, and placement. MTC will verify the final clearances prior to and during concrete placement. To the best of MTC inspector's knowledge, the above­described work was performed in general accordance with project specifications and approved plans.
