Hello,
We request that the following application materials be waived as they are not relevant to the variance
application:
1. Utilities Plan, Generalized. The Site Plan and Record of Survey shows existing utilities.
2. Geotechnical Report. The proposed project is within existing building footprints.
3. Wetland Assessment. The proposed project is not impacted by any wetland.
4. Standard Stream or Lake Study. The proposed project is not impacted by streams or lakes.
5. Flood Hazard Data. The proposed project is within existing building footprints.
6. Density Worksheet.
7. Affidavit of Installation of Public Information Signs.
8. Parking, Lot Coverage, Landscaping Analysis.
9. Wetland Mitigation Plan-Preliminary.
10. Habitat Data Report.
11. Hazardous Materials Management Statement.
12. Plat Certificate or Title Report.
13. Letter of Understanding Geologic Risk.
