On September 3, 2025 at approximately 0848 hours I was working uniformed patrol in my fully
marked patrol vehicle when I was dispatched to a suspicious vehicle call at 2100 Benson Drive S, in
the City of Renton, County of King, and State of Washington.
While en route, I was advised that a vehicle was parked outside of the gate at the address listed
above. The reporting party was not able to provide a description due to poor video quality. The
reporting party was viewing this from the CCTV cameras.
Upon my arrival, I located a dark colored Honda Civic (WA/BTH5487). It had obvious front-end
damage. There was no one inside of the vehicle and no other vehicles or people seen at the location.
While investigating, the registered owner, Victoria Li, showed up in a different vehicle. She advised
that she was involved in a collision. She was traveling northbound in lane 1 and rear ended a white
work truck. The occupant of the truck fled the scene shortly thereafter. She was unable to get a plate
for the work truck.
