Subject: Expiration of the Madueno Preliminary Short Plat Approval
Madueno Short Plat / LUA19-000029, SHPL-A
Dear Mr. Dhaliwal:
This letter serves as formal notice that preliminary short plat approval for the Madueno Short Plat
(LUA19-000029, SHPL-A) is set to expire on October 23, 2025. Our records indicate that an
extension letter, dated September 12, 2024 (attached), granted a one-year extension to the
original approval.
Based on the current construction progress, it appears the project will not be recorded by the
expiration date. Unfortunately, no further extensions are possible, and the preliminary short plat
approval will become null and void upon expiration.
The existing civil construction permit for the Madueno Short Plat (C19005282) will remain active,
and work within the scope of the issued civil permit may continue at your discretion. However,
please be advised that since this permit was issued in 2019, updates to civil construction
standards may affect the required civil work upon reapplication.
Once preliminary approval has expired, you will need to resubmit all application materials. If you
