This memo is in lieu of our standard contract template which allows for signature by both
parties.
Attached for your review and signature Amendment No. 1 to TAG-25-054 with Musco Sports
Lighting, LLC. The purpose of this packet is to documentthe annual renewal of our remote
equipment controller used to control the lights at Liberty Park and Ron Regis Park. This
renewal is funded by Parks & Recreation. The current renewal term is 11/05/2025 -
11/04/2026.
