This memo is in lieu of our standard contract template which allows for signature by both
parties.
Attached for your review and signature is Amendment No. 6 to CAG-01-057 with Tyler
Technologies. This Amendment authorizes paymentof the attached quote, in theamount of
$496.35 ($450.00 plus tax) for professional services associated with moving a component
of Eden to a new server. This is a one-time fee.
