SUBJECT: Annual Software Maintenance Renewal of VertiGIS
This memo is in lieu of our standard contract template which allows for signature by both
parties.
Attached for your review and signature is Amendment No. 2 to CAG-23-351 with VertiGIS.
This Amendment authorizes payment of Quote # SO-VGNA-00008703, in the amount of
$13.149.24, for our annual software renewal. The renewal term is 11/24/2025 – 11/23/2026.
VertiGIS provides our Geocortex software, which is the platform COR Maps and other GIS
applications are developed and deployed in. COR Maps is used city-wide and is also
publicly available.
