SUBJECT: Annual Software Renewal of ECourtDate
This memo is in lieu of our standard contract template which allows for signature by both
parties.
Attached for your review and signature is Amendment No. 1 to CAG-24-273 with
eCourtdate, Inc. This Amendment authorizes payment of Invoice # i3GAGI-0002, in the
amount of $2,150.85, for the annual renewal of eCourtDate software. The current renewal
term is 10/01/2025 – 09/30/2026.
eCourtDate is used by Court Services to send personalized text, email, and voice reminders
to court participants (defendants, plaintiffs, attorneys/agents and law enforcement
personnel) of their upcoming court hearing dates and times.
