On 10/16/225 1 was working as a uniformed patrol officer and driving a marked patrol vehicle for
the City of Renton. I was dispatched to a report of a hit and run collision that had just occurred in
the intersection of S 3rd St and Main Ave S Renton/King/WA. Khonsavanh Rajsavong DOB:
10/25/1966 was calling to report someone had hit his 2008 BMW 328 WA/BKG1113 and fled the
scene.
I met Rajsavong at 200 Mitt Ave S, he explained that he was turning right in the#2 lane of Main
Ave S to head east on Houser Way S. He said that the other driver crossed over the line and truck
him on the rear passenger side quarter panel. He showed me some minor damage just behind
the rear wheel well. Rajsavong said he was not injured.
Rajsavong said that he and the other driver pulled into 200 Mitt Ave S, once Rajsavong told the
other driver he was calling 9-1-1 the other driver fled the scene west on S 2nd St.
Rajsavong described the other driver as an African American male, 20-30 years old, with long
dreadlocks, and a gray sweatshirt. He said that the suspect vehicle should have damage to the
driver side front bumper or quarter panel.
Rajsavong was able to get a picture of a temporary license on the back of the vehicle that read
A6629350. It does not appear as if there is a state listed or visible.The temp tag returns to a
Testa Model Y at a Seattle address. In the photograph it is evident that the vehicle is a gray
Chrysler.
Rajsavong said that he would be able to identify the suspect again if seen and did wish to pursue
charges.
I provided Rajsavong with a case number and he left the scene.
I searched Flock Cameras and did not get any results for the temp tag or vehicle make/model.
This incident occurred in the sCity of Renton,King County,Washington State.
