A public hearing will be held by the Renton Hearing Examiner on October 28, 2025 at 11:00 AM by means of the Zoom
Webinar to consider the following petition:
4th Dimension Building, LUA25-000193 Location: 4502 NE 4th St Renton, WA 98059 (APN 1023059068) A Hearing
Examiner Site Plan Review, Environmental (SEPA) Review, and Reasonable Use Variance are requested for the
construction of a four-story mixed-use building.
