A public hearing will be held by the Renton Hearing Examiner on November 4, 2025 at 11:00 AM by means of the Zoom
Webinar to consider the following petition:
Al-Mahdi Society of Washington, LUA25-000270
The applicant is requesting Environmental (SEPA) Review and a Hearing Examiner (HEX) Conditional Use Permit to
operate a religious facility at 200 SW 41st (APN 1253600050) in an existing 7,196-square-foot office building in the
Commercial Arterial zone with proposed interior building improvements.
