This memo is in lieu of our standard contract template which allows for signature by both
parties.
Attached for your review and signature is a TAG packet with Crash Data Group (paid via
USBank – OneCard). This packet authorizes payment, in the amount of $1,654.50, for the
annual renewal of our Crash Data Group software subscription. The current renewal term is
11/15/2025 – 11/15/2026.
The Police Department uses the Crash Data Retrieval toolto recover crash data from Event
Data Records inside the Airbag Control Modules in vehicles.
