CONSTRUCTION MITIGATION REPORT
SALEH FOUNDATION CENTER
The following is a report of expected construction dates and times, as well as
proposed hauling/transportation routes, ESC measures and traffic control plan.
Proposed Construction Dates: Clearing, Grading, Utilities and Roads
Summer 2026-Fall 2027
Hours and Days of Operation: Normal site hours of operation will be in
compliance with the allowable working hours in the City of Renton which are as
follows:
For new residential and non-residential construction, the permitted work hours are
7:00 am-8:00 pm Monday through Friday, 9:00 am-8:00 pm Saturday, and no work
shall be permitted on Sunday.
Proposed Hauling/Transportation Routes: North on Jones Ave NE, east on
NE 43rd St., north on 110th Avenue SE, west on NE 44th St which connects to
Interstate 405.
ESC Measures: The Erosion and Sedimentation Control Design elements as listed
in SECTION VII of the Technical Information Report shall be implemented to
minimize dust, traffic and transportation impacts, erosion, mud, noise, and other
noxious characteristics during Site construction.
Special hours: No special hours proposed for construction at this time.
Preliminary Traffic Control Plan: Will be provided at final engineering.
