1.I am the authorized representative for the above-referenced project on behalf of In Spirit
& In Truth Ministries.
2.I have personally ensured that a public information sign was installed on the subject
proper� in accordance with the City of Renton's regulations regarding size, placement, and
content.
3.The sign was installed on (o -19 -LS , and is clearly visible from the adjacent
public right-of-way at 211 Morris Avenue South, Renton, WA 98057.
4.The sign contains accurate and current information about the project as required by the
City's public notice requirements.
5.The sign will remain in place and maintained in readable condition until the end of the
required notice period or as directed by the City of Renton.
