We understand from the owner Mr. Harold Lee, that he had no knowledge of tha location of sold water line and that his title report and plat certificates do not show any encumbrances on said property. In looking vier the plate, we find the following: The plat of Renton Highlands No. 2, ■peciftcally Tract 26, which Is Mr. Lees property, shows a water line assament located approximate ly 20 feet North of a walkway. This particular plat was then replotted and is known an Corrected Plat of Banton Highlands No. 2, opproved August 7, 1956, which has the n)tution at the place mentioned that there is a six-inch water link text to said walkway. However, it IN possible that on eight-Inc', water line to actually located there.
