$ncloscd are one (1) reprodncible right of way plan and one (1) print of the C.,dar
River zridge and overcrossing of the Pacific Coast :railroad on which it ap"ears a
portion of your sewer and water pipe lire$ will have to be relocated to accommodate
highway construction on this proposed project. It is our intention to construct the
structure only on this nortion <,' Primary State Highway M0. 1-R3 at ttis time, and
arrangements for the adjustment ,f your remaining facilities to accommodate the re-
mainder of our proposed roadway in this area will be made in the future; possibly
neat year.
The lines in conflict appear to ue your six (6) inch sewer and four (4) inch water
lines in the vicinity of our proposed vier 4, although it is possible the sewer line
would not be disturbed.
The State will expect to be responsible for all costs incurred in this adjustment, as
your facilities are located on city streets and both utilities are nmicioally owned
and operated. Fleas- indicate your pronosed adjustments on the reproduci5le plan and
return to this office, to;_,ether with an estimute of cost in order that we may process
a Utility Agreement.
