General conditions
1• ?21ans and Specifications Acce^sable: The Contractor will be
furnished copies of plans and specifications and snall keep one copy of the
same constantly accessible or, the job.
,1,_PZotection of Firnshed or Partiall"/ Finished Mork: The
Contractor shall be responsible for all finished or partially finished work
until the entire contract is completed and accepted by the Engineer. Est!- 1`r
mates of partial payment shall not release the Contractor from such responsi-
bility.
k. Defects and Their Remediess It is agreed that if the work, or
any part thereof, or any material brought or. the ground for use in the work shall
be deemed by the Engineer-ac unsuitable or not In conformity oath th, specifica-
tions, the Contractor shall forthwith remove such material and rebuild, or other-
wise remedy such work, so that it shall be in full accordance with this contract.
The Contractor warrants that all material furnished, and all construc-
tion pork performed are free from defects and are correctly adjusted to perform
properly a. a complete operating system, as set forth in Plans and specifications,
for a period of one year after final acceptance of the work. Any defects in the
construction work performed under this contract showing up, or discovered,
within this time shall be made good by the Contractor at no expense to the
District.
I, Sanitation: Necessary sanitation conveniences for the use of
workmen on the job, properly secluded from public observation shall be constructed -
and maintained by the Contractor,
