The undersigned owners of property hereby petition the City of Rent,)n to establish
a Local Improvement District as hereinbelow set forth and the undersigned warrant
that they are the owners of property aggregating a majority of the lineal front-
age on the improvemert and of the area within the proposed Improvement District
as hereinafter set forth. Said improvements are to consist of the establishment,
construction and improvement of a water system including water mains and fire
hydrants to serve said District, the legal description thoreof being as fall".

All of the cor.ts and expenses in connection with the construction and installation
of said water system and work and expenses incidental thereto, as provided by
law, shall be allocated to are be borne by the properties within said Improvement
District in ace^rdanee with the special benefits and ce<ts assessed agdir,2t the
individual lots in accordance with the statutory zone and termini method. The
improvement &hall be paid for under the mode of "payment by bonds" by means of
assessments against the various properties as aforesaid, all as provided by
statute and ordinances for Local Improvement Districts.
