This Permit is subject to all applicable provisions of Resolution No. 1432 passed
by the Commission on Aoril 15, 196h, except twat any provision herein not consistent
with said resolution shall be controllinp,.
The water line shell be constructed on a true line a minimum of four (4) feet North
of the North edpe of the iay .ent. of South 180th Street, except it shall be located
in the South 180th Street undercroseing etruoture per the det.:il furnished by the
State Highway Brides Division.
If the Utility is constructing their facility while the Saatels contract is in effect,
the Utility shall rlirec', his construct on so as not to hinder the 9tate's contractor
in his opuretiona.
No work shalt be done under this permit until the party or parties to whom it is granted shall have
