Re: Bonnell Property
Dear Sir: ^
We represent the estates of Dorothy M. Bonnell and Frank
B. Bonnell, and Frank B. Bonnell, Jr. and Barbara Bonnell 11olt,
all having an interest in the Bonnell property. The Peoples
National Bank of Washington as trustee and as executor also has
an interest in that capacity.
We understand that a deed has be^n prepared to convey ten
feet of property to the City of Renton and also to give an ease-
ment for ten feet over certain of the property for a waterline to
be maintained by the City of Renton.
It is our understanding that the ten feet for street pur-
poses is in section 19, Township 23 North, Range 5 EWM, and speci-
fically:
A 10' strip of land lying in the northeast quarter
of the n.-rLhwest quarter of Section 19, Township 23
North, Rang, 5 EWM. The west 800 feet of the east
970 feet of the south 10 fent of the north 40 feet of
said northeast quarter of the northwest quarter.
The ten fvot easement strip fo- the pipeline covers a long
legal description, which Mr. Donnell Jr. is sending me.
This is to advise you that. tha Bonnell Estates and peoples
National Bank of Washington arc willing to give the ten font strip
of property in quo:,tion to the City of Renton for street purposes,
and also to give the casement for pipeline purposes.

Le! Earlington Industrial Park 02
Dear Mr. Intlekofer:
Recently plans were submitted by your office for approval on the -istallation
of watermains in your proposed Plat of Earlington Industrial Park 12. These nlmsr
have been seudied and given cond'tional approval with the installation of additional
water main in S.N. 70 St. to the Nest and then South "tieing" into the existing
12" C. I. water main in the northeast corner of the Metro property.
The roasos for the requirement of additional water main was decided upon titer
studying your existing developments and your i,.esently pronosed development. It was
fait that then was a need for better circulation in your system, as well as another
source of supply into the area.
There are Possible Problems with this additional tie main on that portion of the
caster main that extends South from S.K. T St. to the Northeast corner of the Metro
property. This portion crosses over the iposed :reen River Flood Control P-1
Chasid. The Channel is quite deep at t j point end it has also been decided that
the weter"In will have to go over this channel on some sort of trestle or structure.
Maistemsnce problems would be too great if it were to be installed under the channel.
i r your information, there will probably he two other crossings of this same
P-1 Channel requires at some future date, one crossing at S.w, loth St. and also
when S.W. 7th St. is extended Nest to tie in with Monster Poad.
It ys my understanding that the Right-of-May for this Channel has not yet been
deeded to King County Flood Control, so tnese crossings should be included with
your dispussions .
