and appurts+unces will be furnished by the City of Horton. The iA" ductile
will �a stock piled at project site while the 12" Csi , Sron wily tie strung
at tram, site for i tallation by the Cortract,or. All other material not
providei for, but clearly intended will be furnished by the Contractor at no
extra cost to the City of Renton.
2. The Contractor shall be rasporait:.e for notifying the Can Company, Paver
Campa:j and Telephone Company wean he plans to start construction.
3. The Contractor shall maintain (J.) one lane of traffic on 1J2nd Avenue b.g.
open at all time.

any defects in the work and pay for any -forage to other work resulting therefrom which
shall appear within the period of one (1) year from the date of final acceptance of the
work, unless a longer period is specified. The City will give notice of observed defects
