Bill of Sale and Easement forms for the water system serving the Rudy
Simone-Benson Hill Development adjacent to Benson Road.
Enclosed for your review is a print of the Asbuilt Water System and
future extension on which we have indicated in yellow, the proposed 15
foot utilities right-of-way and in red outline, the existing right-of-way
granted to the City by easement recorded on September 21, 1967, under
Auditor's File No. 6237943. Also enclosed is a legal description of the
proposed right-of-way.
?lease advise if the enclosures seat with your approval and what procedure
should be followed in order to remove the existing easement from official
