re: Bonnell Waterline Easement
Dear Mr. Houks
Enclosed herein are original and duplicate originals
of a perpetual easement concerning the Bonnell property on
which the Ba2a'ar discount house is located.
The i,�w easement covers the new pipeline which goes from
point A to point a close to the middle of the Bonnell •roperty
as distinguished from the old main removed from point A to point
B on the north and west borders of the property. The exact
location of the new pipeline and the old pipeline appear on the
map drawn by Ruskin Fisher 4 Associates, dated September 19,
1966 and designated as W-250.
In compliance with the request of Gerald M. Schollan,
City Attorney, we also enclose herewith a letter addressed to
the Mayor and Cit; Council of Renton, requesting the vacation
of the old easement and the granting of the new easement.
If you have any further questions in this matter or if
you need additional information to be supplied city officials,
please advise.

Dear Sir:
We represent the estates of Dorothy M. Donnell and Frank
B. Bonnell, and Frank B. Donnell, Jr. and Barbara Donnell Holt,
all having an interest in the Donnell property. The Peoples
National Bank of Washington as trustee and as executor also has
an interest in that capacity.
We understand that a deed has been prepared to convey ter
feet of property to the City of Renton and also to give an ease-
ment for ter, f— t. over certain of the property for a waterline to
be maintained by the City of Renton.
It is our understanding that the ten feet for street pur-
poses is in Diction 19, Township 23 North, Range: S F.WM, and speci-
ficallyr
A 10' strip of land lyir.y in the northeast quarter
of the northwest quarter of Section 19, Township 23
North, Range 5 EWM. The west 800 feet of tiro east
970 feet of the south 10 foot of the north 40 feet of
said northeast quarter of the northwest quarter.
The ten foot easement strip for the pipol.ine covers a long
legal description, which Mr. Donnell, Jr. is sending me.
This is to advise you that the Donnell Estates and Peoples
National. Bank of Washington are willing to give the ton foot strip
of property in question to the City of Renton for street purposes,
and also to give the easement for pipeline purposes.

en-closed are duplicate eapiu of bill of sale conveying the pipe-
tine to the City of Renton.

any division or ,listribution wes made to Barbara and Bernard.
the City of Renton has requested that the Bank also sign the
bill of sale and the easement. These have been erocuted by
Barbara and Bernard.
Kindly sign the easement and have the signature acknow-
ledged and than rend the original of the easement and a copy to
Ronold L. Olson, Water Engineer, City of Renton, City Hall, Coder
River Park, Renton. Please also send Mr. Olson the original of
the bill of sale after executing it.
