Deed and Bill of Sale of the water system of the City
of Renton was o release its interested in an easement
for water which is no longer used and has been substituted
by the new line. This has been required by the Titlr:
Company, arising out of clearance of a Titln Insurance
problem.
I enclose herewith the Release Of Easement
for the City of Renton to sign and return to me at itc

petition the City for vacation of the easement and a finding
by the City that the easement is no longer needed and should
be abandoned. In this case Some explanation would be in order
to indicate is length and location of the easement involved
and whethe it abutting owners have requested its abandonment.

to cover the relocation of the water llneb as mentioned in
Mr. Driano's letter.

recorded under auditor's file No. 3071774, records of King County,
Washington, and deed dated December 4, 1939, recorded under auditor's
file No. 3071163, records of King County, Washington, for water pipes
or mains across

according to plat recorded in volume
18 of plats, page 63, in King County,
Washington,
regardless of whether said water pares have been used for the benefit
of premises designated in said deeds or other premises; and hereby re-
leases and terminates any easement for a water pipe heretofore in actual
use across said block 19 and serving block 20 In said addition, whether
