Subject: Victoria Park No.7 - Easement.
Dear Mr.Olsen:
We do not anticipate any problems in allowing a secondary use fo: futu-e
water transmission mains in the fifteen (15) foot easement along the
westerly side of the proposed subject plat now specified for planting and
screening purposes. I am sure that the Citv would realise its obligation
to replace any vegetation in the easement area after they install the mains.
The final plat hearing is set for 28 May 1969 and, if the plat is approved,
we will add this use to the subject casement prior to recordation.

to the final recording of the proposed plat of Victoria Park r7
that the planned 15, easement for planting and screening purposes
located along the east margin of the proposed State Highway sSIS,
also include use for a futame motor transmission main.
The City also roauests, that my futurr dovelopment along the
east margin of the proposod State Highway ,SIS also include a 15'
easement for future water transmission main extensions.
