If the Holder enters into a contract or agreement with a coitractor to perform the work under this franchise the Holder for itself, its as dgns and its successors in interest agrees that it will dot-discriminate on the basis of race, color or national origin in its choice of contractors and will include all of the non- discrimination provisions set forth in Appendix "A" from Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, in any such contract or agreement.
