(formerly S.E. 101st St.) or the raising Ax of the street Trade of S.E. 100th P1 . is the responsibility of the .4cGrath Corporation. t The original easement agreement stated that when this 6" steel wain was installed that a proposed street grade should be set and that the main would be installed ti such grade. This was pe,formed per agreement. Enclosed ou will find a copy of the original field notes as well as a copy of the proposed street ,rode plan. 1 don't know if this plan was eAr filed with the county though. The question of whether tMs water main should be lowered or that the proposed street grade should be raised is still undecided. it is ery under- standing that the gas main is also quite shaliw in relationship to the present street grade, so it might be that the street grade should be raised.' :f further information is required please contact this office.
