mast be properly tray red to the City of Renton for ownership,

.n order to properly transfer ownership to the City of Renton, both
a Bill o. Sa!e and -n Easement form may be required. If your
devilopment's case an ("Semwwt) and (Bill of Sale) form aaaadis a
requirement.
Please find enclosed ) copies of the required documents. After signing
and notarizing, please return two copies to our office.
