Per our conversation on December 31, 1980 I am enclosing a Bill of Sale
prepared according to the pipe and fittings installed udder Water Project
W-347 for the Sambo's Restaurant in Renton, WA. I have also encloseC a
copy of the engineering drawing of the water plans, per your request.
In reviewing the project file it appears we did not receive an easement
covering that portion of waterline on site, as marked it yel'ow on the
enclosed plan. We do have a recorded easement for that portion of the
waterline between the south line of the Sambo Restaurant property and the
north right-of-way line of S. 7th St., as marked in green can said plan.
We have taken the liberty to prepare the on-site utility easement as
required by City ordinance.
Please have an authorized officer of ,Your company sign both documents
before a Notary Public and return same to the City of Renton for record-
ing. Upon execution of the documents, recorded copies will be forwarded

tenances installed under this contract, including all.
connection to existing mains at P. test pressure of 150
psi above normal pressure.
10, Disinfection of the new ater system shall be required
prior to connection to the existing water lines, and
shall be in accordance with the latest provisions of
AV!�TA C 601.
The initial concentration of chlorine in the line shall
be 50 parts per million and this solutlnn shall be held
for a period of 24 hours. Disinfection of the entire
water .system installed, including pipe, pipe fittings,
valves and appurtenances, is required to conform with
the specification stated herein. Line flushing shall
he accomplished in accordance with the latest provislor
of A"M C 601.
