This letter is to confirm that the installation of a 1�" water service
tap at 13804 Sunset Blvd. E. will be ace®F1+shed. In our conversation
of April 23, 1974 with you, Ron Olsen, and myself, we decided to install
a IY' tap and service to property line, with a 3/4" meter installed at
the above address to service your new realty building.
You will be billed the total cost of this installation constituting time
and material costs for installation of a lb" tap and line, and a 3/4"
meter. The $140.00 payment previously made for a 3/4" meter to service
the new building will be credited to your account. The 3/4" meter to
■ervice the Poodle Parlor building will be installed as you have directed
snd has been paid in full.

This permit Is subjeN it, all applicable proausonx of Resolulion No 1432 passed by tie Washington State Highway
Commisainrt on April 15, 1964, except that any provision In than ogn.•enunt not consistent with such rewjunon shall be
controlling.

During the progrefn of the work such barriers shall be erected and maintained as may be nrrexsary or as may be directed
for the protection of the traveling public; the barrlggs ghdl be properly lighted at night.
In accepting this permit the petitirmer, his successor, and assigns, agrees to protect the Suite of Washington and save It
harmless from all claims, actions or damages of every kind and description which may accrue to or be suffered by any person
or persons, corpora ton or property by reaarnt of the performance of any such work,character of materials used or manner of
installation, maintenance and operation or by 'he Improper occupancy M rights of way br public place or public structure,and

GENERAL PROVISIONS APPLICABLE TO ALL PERMITS
This permit is subject to all applasult. provisions of Resolution No. 1432 passed by the Washington State Highway
Commission on April 15. 1984, except that any provision in this agrc.•ment not ennsintnnt will) such nxolidion shall be
controlling.

or persons, corporation or property by reason of the performance of any such work, rharacler of materials used or manner of
installation, maintenance and operation in by the improper occupancy of rights of way br public place or public structure,and
in case any suit or action Is brought agalnst said Slate of Washington for damages arising out of Or by reason of any of the
above causes,the petitioner,his successors or assigns,will upon notice to him or them of commencement of such action,defenn
