Dear -Tack:
We ha,,e taken a look at the area of land to be purchased for a nely
reservoir at Talbot and feel that prot5si':tn should be made for a first stake
of 3-mallton gallons with capability to expand to b million in the future. This
.Gold require an area about 200-feet (North to Soutn) by 310-feet (East to
West), aN shown approximately on the enclosed sketch, if the reser,nir were
IC-feet deep with 2 teei it �eboard and 6-feet deep hopper bottom at 2-1!2: 1
elope.
There are other possibiltties w:tb refard to arf.t, and i; might be
advisable , make contact w ah the owners of the areas {nro:Ned and then to
