s.' brothers, with Ronald Olsen, representing the City of Renton, for the
x purchasing of a 15 ft. permanent utility easement on the southerly 15 ft.
of your property known as a portion of Tract 22 Renton Cooperative
Coal Company's Acre Tracts. (See legal description and sketch attached).
The agreed upon price for said permanent easement and temporary construction
easement is One Thousand dollars ($1,000.00).
If the above agreement meets with your approval please execute below and
return to the City of Renton. Upon execution of this agreement and the
easement, the City of Renton will proceed to have a warrant drafted in the
above amount to you.

of the above described Mein Tract.
Said temporary construction easement shall remain in force during construc-
tion and until such time as tDt utilities and appurtenances have been accepted
for the operation and maintenance by the Grantee but not later than Dec. 31,1980
If at such time in the future this easement is abandoned for a period
of five years, the title to this easement will automatically revert
to the grantors.
If at such time in the future the Citv of Renton requires additional ,
land or easements, it will seek them from other parties prior to
approaching the above named. i

any connections therewith, without incurring any legal obligations or liability
therefore, provided, that such construction, maintaining, repairing, altering or
reconstruction of said utilities shall be accomplished in such a manner that the
Private improvements existing in the right(s)-of-way shall not be disturbed or
damaged, they will be replaced in as good a condition as they were immediately
before the property was entered upon by the Grantee.
The Grantor shall fully use and enjoy the aforedescribed premises, including
the right to retain the right to use the surface of said right-of-way if such use
does not interfere with installation and maintenance of the utilities. However,
the grantor shall not erect buildings or structures over, under or across the
right-of-way during the existence of such utilities.
This easement, shall b• a covenant running with the land and shall be binding
on the Grantor, his successors, heirs and assigns. Grantors co,,enant that they
are the lawful owners of the above properties and that they have a good and lawful
