I wish to outline my understanding as to the items which must be taken into consideration during the design of the proposed water system. 1. Fire hydrants must be located within 165 feet of each build- ing or structure. 2. All pipe shall be ductile iron pipe. 3. Minimum pipe size shall be 8" 4. The internal system shall be looped with an 8" stub to the property line to service the property to the east, a 12" stub to the property line to service the property to the west, and an tie along an existing property line in the Glencoe subdivision to the existing water main located in S.E. 107th Place. S. There shall be 1 each -1" meter per building 6. Easements with a minimum width of 15 feet shall be provided along the water main. 7. The outstanding front-footage charge of $7.27973 for 605.52 feet along Sunset Boulevard, for a total of $4,408,02, will be paid.
