Dear Mayor Delaurentl and Council Members:
The above-referenced project waa completed by Tri-State Construction
Company on July 2, 1979 amd accepted by the Public Works Department
on August I, 1919.
It is recommended that the City Council accept completion of this
contract as of August 27. 1979.
Final payment due the contractor is in the amount of $1,313.09.
If, after 30 days, no liens or claims are filed against the project
and proof of payment of tax liabilities is received, it is recommended
the retained amount of $20.843.92 be paid the Contractor.
