ibis letter will serve a� the authorization for you co proceed
with the installation of the fire hydrant at the new Sehuck 's
Auto Store on N.E. Sunset Blvd. It is understood that Schack's
auto will provide the necessary materials per City of Renton
specification and the City of Renton will install the hydrant.
Sduck's will pay for the installation and provide the following
equipments 1-6" fire hydrant, 3.5' depth w/M.J.
1-6" gate valve, M.J. by M.J.
1 valve box
Phecost of the installation, as per estimate by the city, is to
be about $300.00. f w t

fire hydrant from in front of the new Schuck's store approximately 105 feet
to my property line. I have purchased the pipe and fittings and they ire
at the site. I have worked an agreement with Schuck's to pay for a portion
of the fire hydrant cost.
