PERMISSION IS HEREBY GIVEN to the following named petitioner:
CITY OF RENTON , 200 Pill Avenue South, Rentnn, Washington, 98055

City of Seattie East Side Supply Line (Mercer Island Pipeline) right of way, said
crossing located oetween a point on the east margin of said pipeline right of way op-
posite R/W Survey Sta. 22+81.34 and a point on the west margin of said pipeline right
of way opposite R/W Survey Sta. 23+11.83, said crossing being 67.30 feet in length
and skewed at an angle of 63003'47" to the left, situate in the S.E.: of Section 21-
23-5f., W.M. , in the City of Renton, Washington.
The 8-iich watermain is to be installed below the City of Seattle's 36-'nch
diameter East Side Supply Line in a manner so as to leave a minimum of 12 inches
between the two facilities. ((
subject to City of Seattle ordinances and regulations and to the following terms and
stipulations '
1. The City of Seattle to be saved harmless from any and ail damages which may
accrue to any persons or property by reasor. of this installation or use, or the maint-
enance or operation thereof. Work to be presecuted with diligence, and with due respect
to all property, contracts, persons, rights and th= interests and convenience of the
public. Permittee agrees to restore the premises to the condition found, or better.
If costs to the City of Seattle in conjunction with this permit exceed the permit fee, t`
Permittee agrees, upon being billed to pay such costs. F
2. The Seattie Water Dept. shall be notified (625-4le4) one day before work is begun.
3. Permittee's use of the right of way shall in no way interfere with the present
or future use of said right of way by the City of SE the for any purpose.
4. Permittee agrees upon being billed therefor to pay for any increase in the City
of Seattle's cost of installing, replacing or repairing the City of Seattle's pipe-
lines or other Seattle improvements resulting from the existence of Permittee's
watermain.
5. Permittee agrees to pay to the City of Seattle the cost of repair of any of
the City of Seattle's facilities damaged by the installation, operation or maintenance '
of Perm,ttee's watermain. r 4
6. Permittee agrees that the City of Seattle shall not be liable for any damage ;?
to said watermain by reason of any construction, alteration or improvement by the City
of Seattle, its agents or representatives, except the same shall not be intentionally
damaged.
7. Seattle reserve .J,^ right to institute an annual fee for this permit, which
fee may be adjusted at one end of each five year period. :. a.
8. This permit is revokable upon thirty days notice bi the Superintendent of Water.
4. This permit is not transferrable.

PER.MISSIOII IS HEREBY GIVEN to the following named petitioner:
CITY OF RENTON , 200 ?fill Avenue South, Penton, tlashington 9P055
to install, operate and maintain an 8-inch ductile iron watermain, located
IV5feet northerly of and parallel with the centerline of Index Avenue S.E.
and to install, operate and maintain an 8-inch st iron sanitary sewer
main as shown on the attached sketch, across t-e City of Seattle's cast
Side Supply Line (Mercer Island Pipeline) right of way at the crossing
of index Avenue S.E. ( in the plats of Tif: any Park Div. No. 4&5) in the
S.E.* of Section 21-23-5E.
The 8-inch cast iron sanitary sewer main is to be install below the City
Of Seattle's 36-inch diameter East Side Supply Line in an manner so as to

The following is the cost of completion for the Water System and
Sewer System for Tiffary -,ark Divisions No. 3,4, and 5.
The Water System in these divisions consisted of the installation
of 4", 6" 8" and 10" Ductile Iron Dla'er Main with Cate Valves,
Fire Hydrants, Domestic Service and other appurtenance necessary
to complete the system.
The Sewer System in these divie'on consisted of 8" Mainline Sever,
Manholes of side Sewers and other appurtenance necessary to complete
the system.
