In response to your question, the Planning Department will not approve the requested Lot Line Adjustment until all City departments are satisfied that their needs and requirements have been complied with. I spoke with Ron Olsen of the Utilities Engineering Division, and he suggests that a meeting be held with his Division to discusa the question of the easement for the waterline. Mr. Ron Nelson of the Building Division also suggested a similar approach as it relates to the structure, location and setback requirements. Upon receiving all necessary documents, our normal procedure would be approval within a period of one or two working days. Should you have any questions, please feel free to contact this office.
