Dear Mr. Shaffer:
Recently Sea-Tat Excavators made application for seven sanitary side sews
permits, for lots 2S, 25, 26. 27, 29, 30 and 31 Plat of FernwOWl East.
The permits were issued and validated, as the System Development Fees had
been paid in advance.
In reviewing your file and checking through the feeq paid for both water
and sanitary sever development charges, we find nine (9) lots within the
plat have been inadvertently excluded 4'rom the water development fee.
Upon meter application, the following systm dt velopment fees will he due
for water together with the standard residential meter cost of S3D0.00 for
the lots listed below:

In accordance with RCM 90.48.110 and WiAC 173-240-010 through 180 of
the Department of Ecology, the plans and specifications for the subject
project have been reviewed and are hereby approved.
Upon completion, and prior to the use of the above project or portions
thereof, the attached Completion of Construction Cxrtificate must be
completed by the responsible professional engineers for the project and
returned to this department.
Nothing in this approval shall be construed as satisfying other applicable
federal , state or local statutes, ordinances or regulations.
For additional information, please contact John C. McDonnell, the plan
review engineer for this project.
