Dear Dave:
As a result of our meeting on September 20, 1978 with ourselves, Dean 8itney,
Bob dray and Don Monaghan concerning the above mentionimi project, the follow-
ing was agreed upon:
1. A control structure would be installed in the lower pond and the existing
structure would be raised to facilitate the required storage. The
