Gentlemen:
Due to the fact that nuiiw rows requests to complete utility and stre,_t construction
work have met with no success, you are hereby directed to complete the work within
ten (10) days of receipt of this letter.
Failure to comply with this directive will necessitate your bonding company being
instructed to complete said work.
This letter will also serve as notice to Cottonbelt Insurance Company that it said
work is not completed within ten (10) days of receipt of this letter, the City of
Renton will look to said company fur perfonmance.
The main items of work incomplete are as tullu,.,:
1. Sawcut, prepare subgrade, and pave with ,.;phaltic cement concrete the
entrance to Kennydale Lion's Park.
2. Grade to original cross section and place crushed rock on the east shoulder
of Aberdeen Ave. N.E. , from N.E. 24th St. to park entrance.
3. Sawcut, prepare subgrade, pave with d,ph.,ILIc cement concrete and seal the
excavation for sewer on h.E. 23rd St. in trust of Lot 31 . ,Y
4. Level and bring to finish grade all planter strips between curb and sidewalk.
5. Bills-of-Sale, asbuilt drawings, cost data, easement, and mwterials inventory.
6. Post 1-year maintenance bond.
7. Complete street lighting system.
8. Provide approval for cable television company.
It has been some months since you have done any work on the utilities or streets,
and we feel the situation has became intolerable.

Dear Mr. Gleave:
This is to inform you the property owner is aware the shed has to be
moved as well as the wood stack from said subject utility easement
granted to the City for waterline purposes.
It was impossible to acquire additiotal easements due to the fact of
the adjacency of a septic tank system.
Please discuss with the Vauthiers as to the exact temporary location
of the shed to be moved. It is understood everything will be rA-
placed in like condition and location.
